All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee on any account whatsoever

Risk in goods passes on delivery, with the customer holding such goods as bailee and title remaining with the Company unless and until all monies due from the Customer to the Company for such goods are paid. The Company reseves the right to recover and repossess goods and dispose of goods as it see fit in the event of payment not being pursuant to the terms hereof.

Damages and shortages to be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Goods returned for credit will be accepted subject to prior authority via a carrier who can provide a proof of delivery. A 15% handling charge will be levied at the vendors discretion.
